Mr. Lopez has over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry.  Prior to starting his own firm he was a financial consultant for Merrill Lynch as well as a Training Manager and a top financial advisor for American Express Financial Advisors.

Lopez Financial works with both individual investors and small companies in managing their assets. 

Mr. Lopez is a regular commentator on the domestic and international financial markets for both Univision and Telemundo in Chicago and Nationally.  

He also believes in giving back to the community and does so by being President of the Board of Directors of the Pilsen YMCA, a Board Member of the Metropolitan YMCA of Chicago, a past member of the Mayor's Advisory Council of Latino affairs for the city of Chicago and a past Board member of the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement. Currently he is the treasurer of the Fireworks for Kids Foundation for the Chicago Fire MLS Team.

He emigrated to the US from Cuba in 1967.
He is married and has 6 children.
